When do you deliver?
We offer a delivery service 6 days a week. We are a green company and are trying to do out part to cut down on c02 emissions. Therefore, our delivery times are between 8pm – 11pm. Less traffic, less time on the road, a greener world
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to anywhere in London. Please call us to find out the cost of delivery
How can I find the earliest available slot for delivery online?
We recommend that you book a delivery slot when booking your cake to avoid disappointment
Do you offer express or same day delivery?
Unfortunately, this is not a service we currently offer, but we are working hard to make this possible in the near future
Can I place an order for collection?
You may also collect your order at our collection point which is in South Croydon
Making an order
Can I make an order online?
We do not currently accept orders online. Our cakes are bespoke and therefore each cake will be priced differently. So to make sure we are pricing all orders correctly, orders can only be placed on the phone.
How many days in advance should I place an order?
You will need to give us no less than 10 working days for celebration cakes and 30 days for wedding cakes. On very rare occasions we may be able to process a last minute order. Give us a call to find out if we are able to do so.
How do I correct/amend an order?
Please check your order is correct when you receive your confirmation email. If your order needs amending, contact us via phone or email no later than 5 days prior to the date your order is required. Please also note, a change may incur an extra charge dependant on the change and notice period given.
How can I cancel an order I've already paid for?
We have a no refund policy. If you wish to cancel your order, we are happy to offer you a refund in the form of a credit note for 50% of the value already paid. If we have already begun the process of making your order, a further 30% of the amount paid will be deducted from the credit note.
Can I place an order or make an order payment over the phone?
We can now accept payment over the phone as well as via bank transfer. We also accept cash payments
What is the minimum spend?
What do I do if I collect the cake and it's not what I ordered?
We are human and therefore mistakes can happen. If this is the case, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the issue
How can I make a complaint?
Your feedback is very important to us and we want to make things right if you feel our service or products have fallen below standard. Please contact us via email and allow 3-5 working days for a response.
